Terms of Services
All contracts/dealings between Like U Do Professional Services (2618775X) and any person (‘Customer’) relating to any goods or services provided and supplied by Like U Do Professional Services to the Customer through the website www.likeudo.com (‘Website’) are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below (‘these Terms’). By using the Website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. Like U Do Professional Services has the right to remove or vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use and visit the Website the Customer agrees to be governed by these Terms of Services.
Like U Do Professional Services reserves the right to withdraw the Services without notice and will NOT be liable (if for any reason) the Website is unavailable during any period.
Please Note: Like U Do Professional Services may restrict access to the Website without notice at any time.
Securing the booking of the event
To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a booking deposit due at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled times for all the services listed will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received.
The booking deposit is 50% of the fee for each booking of the event.
Types of Services Booking:
- Wedding Hair & Makeup Bookings - All Wedding hair & makeup Bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation and require a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice before the event to cancel or reschedule the booking, otherwise, the Booking Deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Hair & Makeup and Trial Bookings - All other hair & makeup appointments and any trials require a 50% deposit, and a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice to cancel or reschedule the booking, otherwise the Booking Deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Nail Art, Banquet Arrangement & Photography Bookings – The bookings of the services require a 50% deposit, and a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice to cancel or reschedule the booking, otherwise, the Booking Deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For any cancellation, the Booking Deposit of the fee will not be refunded and the Full Payment will be charged as a cancellation fee if the booking cancellation notice is given less than 3-Days period.
For rent accessories, the deposit is from RM100 and above. The deposit will be refund if there is no spoiled or lose of the accessories.
Purchases Order Acceptance Policy
All products purchased orders (e.g. flowers bouquets) received are subject to acceptance by Like U Do Professional Services and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order.
Payment
- Payments can be made in cash via Direct Bank Transfer. Should direct bank transfer payment method be chosen, you are required to upload or email [email protected] a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.
- The non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (50% of the fee) paid by the client is taken off the fee for the services booking.
- The fee is to be paid in full by the client at the time of the event or appointment. Acceptable forms of payment are - bank transfer if otherwise advised cash.
- Failure to pay the booking deposit fee within the stated time will result in the event being cancelled by Like U Do Professional Services.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any booking or order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased or booking per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include booking or orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or booking or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order or booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking or order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases and booking made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment account details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Cancellations
- At any point, the client is allowed to cancel the booking by informing us in writing or email to [email protected] in accordance with the details listed in item 2. At that time, we will reschedule your booking or refund your full deposit.
- Like U Do Professional Services will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until the point of cancellation, however, the client will not be liable for any further payments.
- Cancellations by Like U Do Professional Services due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of their obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given - will result in a refund to the client. No further compensation will be offered.
- If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of Like U Do Professional Services every possible endeavour to rectify such situations will be made, however, no compensation will be offered on Like U Do Professional Services’ part. The Client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations.
- This booking arrangement cannot be changed after the artist/s arrives for the appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed within 6 Weeks of the wedding day will not be eligible for a refund on deposits. The Full Payment will be charged as a cancellation fee if the Appointments are cancelled or changed within 3 Days of the wedding day.
- If the makeup artist cancels at any time or is unable to perform her duties for any reason and not be able to find a replacement makeup artist, the deposit paid will be fully refunded within two weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to Like U Do Professional Services and any and all of its owners, employees and agents.
Responsibility of the client
The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.
The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour.
Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute any of the items based on availability. We would ensure that items replaced will either be of equivalent or higher value. However, we will not replace such as the main flowers chosen unless is agreed with the customer or stated on our website.
For example, if the choice of the main flowers is red roses, we will substitute with a different colour but not to substitute with a different type of flowers e.g. Lily.
Modification to the Services and Product Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Disclaimer of Products and Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our available products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Exclusivity
Exclusivity is not guaranteed for the whole day of the event, therefore timings will be seriously considered when agreeing to any booking. It is unlikely that there will be another event on the day, and any second event undertaken by the makeup artist will not affect the first event. An exclusivity fee can be arranged if preferred.
Photography
The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages.
Travel Fee
The client will cover any necessary travel fees of the artist as agreed at the time of booking. A fee will be charged for locations outside of a 30-minute travel radius of Cheras Traders Square, Cheras, Selangor.
The fee is to include, should it be required, congestion charging and parking charges.
Airfare and Accommodation
For outstations and overseas booked event, all costs for travel are to be paid by the client. Costs may include, but not limited to: - airfare, hotel, transportation, and parking.
